Great spot if you like a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the mall or downtown Pensacola. The house is still close enough to get to both locations within 10-15 minutes so it’s a win- win. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our daughters, who both live in Florida, and this house provided plenty of space for all of us to hang out - it truly felt like we were at home. It was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The house only has two bathrooms so you will need to plan accordingly while assigning rooms. The secret living area behind the master bedroom was a nice surprise. The weather cooled off a bit so we stayed indoors and didn’t fire up the grill or the fire pit but the back yard is setup for a nice bbq. Our grandson took his first steps during our stay so this place will forever hold some special memories for us. Thank you Joy for being a great host!

Joy’s place is a perfect spot for a tranquil family getaway! The location is so peaceful and the views are stunning! There is plenty of space to accommodate a larger family! The bedrooms are spacious and living area is large and open as well! The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals at home! The location of the place is tucked in the back of a beautiful neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a secluded place to stay, this place will be perfect!

My stay at Decompression Zone was great! The house was perfect - clean, very-well furnished, and homey. The house was in a convenient location to the airport, NAS Pensacola, the beaches, and Downtown Pensacola, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host, Joy, was wonderful!! She was responsive and helpful.

Joy’s house was beautiful. It’s right on the lake and it was wonderful sitting on the dock looking at the evening sky. The house was very clean and was very cozy. Joy is a great host. She was very kind and responsive. Definitely will be booking again!

This home was a amazing place to stay for our daughters fall break. The master bed room is a game changer and really makes you want to just chill there. The views are amazing and recommendations were fantastic! Would highly recommend staying here as we are planning a return trip in the near future.

Our stay was great. We got to take a few days of relaxation while kids enjoyed pool and pool table. The house was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. We also went to the beaches and enjoyed shopping. The Blue Angels flying over everyday while we were there was awesome. Kids really enjoyed that as well. Had a great time while visiting the area

We loved our stay. Beautiful place and very comfortable. Appreciate the welcome and attention to details, like treats for our puppy. We cooked in and had everything we needed. Rained all day one day, we were perfectly fine with staying in for the day.

Me and my family really enjoyed Joy’s property. All amenities worked and the layout was spot on. Definitely a great location for friends and family to enjoy a nice weekend. The covered pool and patio area was icing on the cake as we were able to enjoy the nice summer weather without the hassle of having bugs around. I would highly recommend this property to others.

We had a great visit to Ken's Tranquil Harbor. This was a perfect location for us, as we were diving with H2O Below Dive charter, which departed from the adjacent marina. There are very pretty views of the water and marina, and it's close to dining and grocery stores. Joy was very responsive and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The unit had everything we needed. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The attached garage was perfect for storing our dive gear. Should we visit the Pensacola area in the future, we will definitely stay here again!

Joys place was absolutely amazing! We came in town to celebrate birthdays, walked in to cake pops and a birthday card. I thought that was the most beautiful unexpected thing. The home is soooo amazing, beautiful, and peaceful. She was very responsive when needed, but honestly they made sure we had everything! This is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in with air bnb. The view from the bedroom was an amazing morning delight. These host are phenomenal!
