If cooking isn't your thing, we have plenty local restaurants close by! Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the Florida sunshine by the gated pool, where you can lounge on the ample outdoor seating, fire up the charcoal grill for a BBQ, or play outdoor games with family and friends. Bugs are kept to a minimum due to the screened in pool area. The kids will love the swing, outdoor games and pool floaties. Parents will love the safety fence around the pool from the inside of the house. Entertainment for all ages: Inside, challenge your group to a game of pool or foosball, dive into one of the many board games/puzzles, or enjoy some retro fun with the WiiU and its collection of games. The 3 king bedrooms are equipped with USB-C chargers on the nightstands, the bunk room (quipped with 2 queen beds and 2 Twin XL beds) has both an electric and USB charger on the wall by each bed. Prime Location: Located in the heart of Perdido, you’re just minutes away from beautiful beaches, local attractions, and fine dining. 6 miles to Southwest Escambia Sports Complex, 6 miles to the Naval Aviation Museum, 5 miles to the beach. Close beaches: Johnson Beach, Gulf Islands National Seashore, Perdido Key Beach, Perdido Key State Park, Big Lagoon State Park. We provide everything you need for a perfect beach day! Enjoy complimentary use of our beach gear, including a cooler, beach blankets, kids’ life jackets, beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, snorkels, and sand toys. In addition to the beaches, 7 minutes to Starbucks, Waffle House, Aldi and Walmart (Walmart delivers for free to the house with your Walmart+ membership). The total price you see on Airbnb now includes all fees but we want you to understand what you are paying: a $300 cleaning fee, and an extra guest fee of $50 per night per person (for groups over 10 ), plus the 14%+ fee that Airbnb charges guests.
