Must be at least 25 to book (AD military please message host for exception) and photo ID required. - Check-in is 4 PM or after. Check-out is no later than 10 AM. Please remember, we are on Central time! - NO SMOKING of any substance or Vaping allowed inside of the home. - NO parties or events. This home is perfect for families and is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. We want our guests to have fun but Excessive Noise disturbing our neighbors will not be tolerated. - Pet-friendly upon advance approval and $75 PER PET fee. Please clean up after your dog and keep them on a leash when outside of the house or backyard. Pet cannot be left unattended; please crate them if you must leave them alone. See Pet Rules for additional info. - Exterior security cameras are at entrances to the home. Tampering with or disabling of cameras will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Disabling of the internet/wifi is prohibited. - Please make sure to close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house. *Please review the Cancellation Policy. No refunds due to weather unless our area is an evacuation zone. We recommend you have your own trip insurance.
